Manufacturing Error / Damage Policy
If your item arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at:
Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo or video evidence
We will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
Important:
Issues reported after 3 days of confirmed delivery will be considered damage occurring after delivery and may not be covered.
Refunds & Returns (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Damaged or defective items are excluded from return shipping charges
Before sending any item back, you must contact us for approval.
Returns sent to the sender address without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Our business address is not the same as our return facility.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Customized or Personalized Orders
Customized or personalized items (including engraved or name products) are non-returnable due to their custom nature.
If a personalized item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this period:
• Orders may already be processing
• Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled
If your order has already shipped, it must follow the return process instead.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Delayed Shipments
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather disruptions.
A delayed shipment is not eligible for a refund unless the carrier officially declares it lost.
Lost Package (15 Business Days After Dispatch)
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us.
We will investigate with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will issue either:
• A replacement
OR
• A full refund
Delivered but Not Received (Marked Delivered)
Momenta Gifts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
If tracking shows delivered:
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact your local post office
